Play a word hunt. Lay all the sheets on the table. Say one word, la campana, and your child finds the sheet and taps it. Then swap: they say a word, you find it. Once every word has been found, they pick one to color.

Turn the lettering sheet into a card. Color the big letters, fold the page in half, and write a name on the back: Para la abuela. Your child can say ¡Feliz Navidad! when they hand it over.

One word a day before the break. With 8 sheets, one a day covers most of the last two school weeks before winter break. Keep the finished ones in a stack and flip through them together, naming each one.

Name the details too. Point at parts of the picture with words your child already knows: la estrella es amarilla, el regalo es grande. The color words from the colors set come right back.
